Who We Are     We are Crossing Borders Ministries. Elfi Register and Joan Wilson became prayer partners in 1992.   During that time they spent countless hours praying for the lower valley area of Fabens, Texas and the border towns across "the river" in Mexico. The Lord called both Elfi and Joan to a deeper walk with Him with their promise of "Here I am Lord, Send Me" In 1997 The Lord called both to full time missionary work where they were able to minister to countless numbers of people in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. In March of 2001 Elfi and Joan were led by The Lord to begin developing what has become Crossing Borders Ministries.  At that time they were commissioned through the North American Mission Board as Mission Service Corps Missionaries.
